House has everything you need for the beach including chairs, some toys and a small umbrella. Lower patio area is perfect for late afternoon’s. House has instant hot water so you never run out. Mission beach is very busy on the weekends and there’s definitely some street noise with all the action that goes late. There’s also a unit on the third level that you can hear from time to time but it’s still pretty quiet. Location is close to everything in San Diego. The garage is tight, so nothing bigger than a mid size sedan or it will be tough to park. ##### David C.
