This cozy, comfortable home offers a location that is close to Little Italy, Balboa Park, Airport, and everything Downtown! Balboa Park is just a few blocks away, with miles of walking trails, lush gardens, and some of the city's top cultural institutions. Little Italy is also very close, where you can enjoy a delicious meal or explore its vibrant nightlife scene. The Space: You will have the entire home exclusively to yourself during your stay. Enter into the spacious living room with ample seating, flat screen TV, and a sunroom with spectacular views of the Downtown San Diego lights and the expansive Harbor. There is a dining room off of the full kitchen that is stocked with everything that you need to cook meals during your stay. There are 2 private bedrooms downstairs and a full bathroom. Through the kitchen, there is a stairway that leads to a closed off loft with a king bed, half bathroom, and it's seated viewing area. All furniture is brand new!
