FIRST LEVEL (main living area + ground level patio) As you step into this gorgeous beach vacation rental you'll be greeted by a bright, sunny & spacious open floorplan main living area. Off the front entry is an exclusive & convenient ground level patio with a fire pit, BBQ & outdoor seating… our favorite place for an evening gathering & allows easy access to/from the beach. The living room includes a plush sofa, dual accent chairs & SMART TV. Off the living room is a dining nook & a fully equipped gourmet chef's kitchen with stainless steel appliances, modern white quartz counters with white subway tile backsplash & island bar with seating & pendant lighting. Rounding out this space is a half bath & convenient rear door with access to the parking area. The furnishings and finishes are what you’d expect at a 5 star resort. And the kitchen is the best we’ve found- cooked all of our meals in the condo and did not feel that we had to compromise in a “vacation” kitchen - from the gas range to a wide range of cookware, to the plentiful dishes, silverware and glassware, we had everything we needed! And despite being on Mission Beach, it was quiet at night. The front patio was a favorite hangout and the kids loved s’mores over the fire pit. We’ve been coming to San Diego for years and this was by far our favorite rental experience. Highly recommend! ##### Tina K. The house was absolutely immaculate, so clean and well cared for, which made settling in super easy and comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better, just a short walk to both the bay and the ocean, so we were able to enjoy the best of both worlds. The owners were incredibly attentive and responsive to any questions or needs, which we really appreciated. You can tell they truly care about their guests’ experience. It was exactly as described and I was definitely not disappointed. It was walking distance to the beach. The property had many amenities which was very convenient. We were a group of five women and the space was just what we needed. Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed for a long weekend. The parking is small, definitely doable, but a tight fit with a bigger vehicle. We found a few good spots to eat within walking distance and a grocery store is nearby. Location was perfect - walking distance to everything (paddle boarding on the bay, dinner on roof decks over looking the ocean, and Starbucks around the corner). The house was modern, CLEAN and had everything we needed. Super comfortable beds (huge plus), good pressure in the showers, and a fully stocked kitchen (but I have to admit, we never used the kitchen - ate all of our meals out). Check in was easy and check out was great as well. Seems like now-a-days when you check out of most places, you have to do all of the cleaning that you get charged for to stay. The house was beautiful (the girls talk about how aesthetic it was) and the set up was perfect. Master on the 3rd floor and the girls had the 2nd floor. We enjoyed dinner outside and everything was in walking distance. Parking is tight but to be expected in a beach town. We were able to get my husbands Escalade and my X6 in the spot. The property was very clean, updated, and had a great location. We spent a couple days at the beach and the other days at the Bay, both just steps away. We really enjoyed our time here and would love to come back! The only negative is the parking situation.
