The view from the balcony never gets old and the location is so close to everything. It had all the amenities I needed but it's a bit outdated. The TV is also really really slow. Parking wasn't too bad especially considering the area. You will hear planes flying in nearby but it didn't bother me and I liked watching them come in from the balcony. The building has stunning views of San Diego Bay, and everything is accessible to it -- downtown, Balboa Park, Little Italy, San Diego International Airport and more. The apartment is in an elegant old building -- maybe the mansion of a former mayor. The home isn't far from the flight path for planes landing (and sometimes taking off) SAN.
