Private secure building with one garage parking spot (6 ft 6 in height clearance)... but you won’t even need a car. Everything you could want is all walking distance, one block to CVS and Ralph’s, and dozens of local bars/restaurants in the area. There is a large community sun deck with a jacuzzi. Easy access to the condo with an elevator from the lobby attached to the parking garage. Cable HD TV in living room and HD TVs with Chromecast in both bedrooms. Romantic double shower in the master bathroom. Full kitchen with everything you need to feel like you are at home. We even provide beach towels/beach chairs/body boards for your beach enjoyment. We also have a locked gated area in front of the condo for bikes. Please keep in mind this is a quiet residential building with full time residents, it is not a party complex. Right on the beach with plenty of places to shop and eat really close. The best part for me is they had all the beach things you needed in the condo. If I have one negative it’s that the demographic of the neighborhood is heavily collegiate and there was quite a bit of partying happening late at night & into the wee hours of the morning. Our family of 4 stayed at this condo for 7 nights. We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was clean and comfortable. The decor is beachy yet tasteful. The place was fully stocked with anything you would need to feel at home, to prepare any meals or relax and veg in front of the TV. We loved the beach chairs and equipment they had in the condo and used it almost daily. We had a few technical issues but the host was quick to respond and address the issues and help resolve them quickly. We brought our teenage son and his friend out to relax at the beach and do some college tours. The location can't be beat! Right at the beach, with lots of walkable restaurants and coffee shops, plus a supermarket. The boys had a lot of fun using the boogie boards from the condo. I liked that it was back one building from the boardwalk, it felt a bit quieter there, but still allowed for peekaboo views of the ocean from the balcony. The owner was very responsive and has a great book detailing procedures (easy!) and has spot-on dining recommendations. ##### Danielle H. Walking distance to restaurants, bars and gift shops. The condo also had everything you could think of for the beach. It was a bit more tucked away in the back corner of the complex with less of a view than I was expecting, but overall a nice condo. Due to the location (nothing to do with the condo) it was really noisy. There was lots of yelling and loud people both in the complex and on the streets all through the night (we had to sleep with windows closed on some nights due to all the partying and yelling in some of the condos in the complex). This was one of the best appointed VRBO kitchen I have stayed in. Appeared to be recently remodeled and had everything we needed. Overall the condo was pretty clean. The bathrooms could have used a more thorough cleaning and there was a bunch of partially used soaps, shampoos, etc in the medicine cabinets. Comfortable beds, couches, etc. Large TV was great for watching baseball and football. Lots of beach gear to use (towels, chairs, skim boards, boogie boards, sand toys). Also great to have a parking space--no problem for our SUV to fit. Didn't notice if there was AC as it was not needed when we were there and open windows left it the perfect temperature. Location was great. Right on the beach and walking distance from stores, restaurants, coffee, etc. Due to the location, it could get pretty loud at night, but that is just a trade off for the convenient location. All in all, we had a great time and would definitely stay there again. ##### Mike M.
