The villa is just 8 minutes from the coast of the Adriatic Sea. On the ground floor there is a well-stocked kitchen, a large dining room, and two large living rooms with access to the porch, a bathroom with shower, the laundry room and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Going up the stairs, on the first floor, there are two double bedrooms and a large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. On the same floor there is also a bathroom with shower. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. In the annex, also with air conditioning, there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The outdoor area is completely fenced and extends over a surface of 3000m2 used as a park with private swimming pool, jacuzzi and solarium. Also available to guests are a ping pong table and table football. In the outdoor area there are aromatic herbs, rosemary, olive trees, black cherries, pomegranates, kiwis and peach trees. The farmhouse is located in the municipality of San Costanzo and in a few minutes you can reach the pretty village where you can find the main services such as shops, bars, pharmacy, bank and post office. You can also quickly reach Marotta and the Adriatic Sea, where you can find beautiful sandy beaches, excellent fish restaurants, entertainment venues, cycle paths, many activities, festivals, events throughout the year. For wine lovers, in the surrounding hills there are many excellent wineries where you can do tastings or buy the best wines and local products. The cities of Fano and Senigallia are about 15 kilometers away and are two tourist destinations for lovers of the sea but also of culture and history because they offer beautiful historic centers.
