They are on 24 hours a day and the owners have the ability to turn the sound on and off. We came to learn to surf and it was a short and reasonable drive to Doheney and San Onofre. We also hit Disney. As for the house, parking was great for 2 small SUVs. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well equipped - however we could have used more forks and the utensils looked pretty dirty when we got there. We used the grill a couple of times which was awesome.
