TV in all 3 bedrooms.Close to the beach. It felt roomy with good sized bedrooms and bathrooms. Only a couple of slight issues:, long hill to walk back from beach (though there is also a free city trolley to take);front area with barbecue was not as restful as would have hoped as lots of traffic on the street and barbecue would not light. Also the internet was very weak.overall we had a great experience. ##### Brian N. Comfortable beds that accommodated 3 men from 6’3”-6’5”. Space well planned out for various seating options. Location was perfect as we didn’t need to drive to lunch or dinner. The location, decor, amenities, ease of check…everything! Our family loves San Clemente and this house was walking distance to all of our favorite restaurants, the beach and the pier. There is nothing like a San Clemente sunset☀️ The bedrooms are all very comfortable and well decorated. The family room with pull our sofa was a great place to gather and the fireplace was so nice for the cool Southern California fall evenings. We had 6 people in our party, 4 adults and 2 teens and there was plenty of space to spread out. Ten out of ten….We highly recommend this property for your San Clemente vacation! ##### Julie S.
