It was two blocks from the beach, a short easy walk. The parking is challenging for anything other than a small to mid size vehicle. The unit had plenty of space and storage for clothes and all personal stuff. The kitchen was adequately equipped. We stayed more than 2 weeks and loved every day! The view of the ocean from the balcony is beautiful and the location is great. So close to the pier, beach, coffee and good food. This condo is definitely old, the floors are very creaky and the heater did not work very well. We were very cold the first night. It was a chilly weekend in San Clemente with lows in the 40’s, but Vacasa was super responsive and stopped by early the next morning with extra blankets and a space heater.
