"Location was perfect. Walking down to the beach every morning and having coffee on the pier was exactly what I was looking for. Place was stocked with everything you need for the beach, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, frisbee. Only thing I missed was a bbq. There is a big deck downstairs but no bbq. Minor thing, really, but missed it. Great view for the sunset, dipping behind Catalina Island. Well stocked with towels, and everything you need in the kitchen. Thank you."

"Nice, clean property. Spacious apartment. Most units have great view of ocean. Across from train station but not too disruptive. Large beach and pier across the street. Kitchen stove wasn't the best (a bit rusted and one element not working) but could cook on it. Garburator kept filling with water so didn't turn on the dishwasher. To be fair, we didn't let them know until check out so perhaps someone could have come to fix it. Not nice to clean but a lot of bathtub drain had hair collecting down...

"We were surprised how clean our room was, how efficient the staff was in handling our check in and the quality of the breakfast as well as the reasonably priced rooms.. We had a impression of Holiday inn express as being substandard, but this stay at this location absolutely changed our mind and we will be back every other month to see family and we look forward to staying here at the Holiday inn express in San Clemente."
