Two beautifully furnished bedrooms—one with an ensuite bathroom equipped with a shower, washbasin, toilet, and bidet—ensure privacy and comfort, while an additional bathroom provides extra convenience. Central heating makes this home an excellent choice for year-round stays.  
  
The expansive shared garden, spanning over 1,000 m², offers stunning countryside views, while the large swimming pool (12 x 6 m), open from May through September, provides a refreshing retreat.
