Get ready to relax in this superb 3-bedroom building in San Carlos de Bariloche. This incredible apartment is in a central area of ​​Bariloche, with an unparalleled view of Lake Nahuel Huapi, on the waterfront. Ideal for walking to the center due to its proximity. Large apartment (130 m2), bright and comfortable. It has a living room, comfortable open kitchen, living room with several sofas and relaxation areas, as well as a balcony with views of the lake and mountains. It is the perfect alternative for those who want to feel at home and enjoy a family vacation. This apartment is built with high quality materials. Regarding its distribution: the rooms are separated from the main opened general room (dining room, kitchen and living room). Its decoration is warm and refined, it has original paintings selected from different Patagonian landscapes, by the artist Eva Klewe. The location is the perfect mix between being in the center of the city and the well-deserved rest during your stay in Bariloche. The apartment gets abundant sunlight during the day due to its location on the third floor facing North. It has two private balconies with an incredible view of Lake Nahuel Huapi and the mountains from the bow window. The kitchen is spacious and integrated into the main room, it is very well equipped with: gas stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, microwave, XL electric oven, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, sandwich toaster, plenty of dishes, utensils and kitchenware. The master bedroom has a 1.6m double queen bed, cable TV and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be put together and made into a double bed (with prior notice). The third room has two twin beds and a low bed cart (children's bed) that comes out from under one of the beds. The garage is covered and inside the building. The building has 4 floors (this apartment is on the 3rd), has two elevators, is mostly residential and safe.
