The hotel staff was remarkably hospitable and provided us with just the right amount of information. The property is charming, and the guestroom offers a touch of luxury in Bariloche. I highly recommend upgrading to the suite with the deck. We booked at the last minute after a debacle with an Airbnb. They were immensely, friendly and accommodating in any request. The rooms were beautiful. The grounds were beautiful. They had a small business center and had an amazing spa with treatment rooms a beautiful heated pool a Jacuzzi steam sauna showers. Complementary breakfast was wonderful and the restaurant was very good food at a good value. We move cabins because the water heater wasn’t working properly so we had no hot water to shower. Definitely will look another option for same price we can find way better place. Great hotel, staff are friendly, willing to assist and a resouce of information. The room was clean, large and confortable. It isnhspwing a bit its age but nothing to render it less than excellent. The gem is the pool and small gym that overlooks the partialy obstructed view of the lake. The restaurant well breakfast was fresh every morning with a full selection of fruitz, hot eggs, sausage and pastries.
