### Beautiful "Casa Vacanza Elena" with Mountain View, Garden, Balcony and Wi-Fi

Casa Vacanza Elena is an independent villa located in a quiet area, ideal for families with children and pets.  
  
  
  
One of the main strengths is the hospitality of the owners.  
  
  
  
The property features a large private garden with a gas barbecue, a corner dedicated to aromatic herbs (sage, lemon verbena, mint, thyme, rosemary, basil, bay leaf, lemon balm), six sun loungers, and garden games.  
  
  
  
Inside the property, there is ample parking for 3 or 4 cars, very convenient for loading and unloading. Just a few meters from the house, you will find a public charging station for electric cars.  
  
  
  
The house can accommodate up to six people, plus infants if needed.  
  
  
  
The interior spaces include a large living room, a well-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a playroom suitable for both children and adults.  
  
  
  
Included services are: water, electricity, gas, Wi-Fi connection, satellite TV in each bedroom, bed linen and a set of towels for each guest, as well as equipment for children from 0 to 4 years (three 120 cm cots, three high chairs, three bouncers, three booster seats, one changing table, toilet reducer, three child carrier backpacks up to 15 kg, four single bed side rails).  
  
  
  
The bedrooms are as follows:  
  
Bedroom 1: one king size bed for two people;  
  
Bedroom 2: two single beds that can be joined into a double bed;  
  
Bedroom 3: two single beds that can be joined into a double bed.  
  
  
  
About 10 km away is Cicogna, the capital of Val Grande, ideal for excursions. Just a 5-minute walk from the house, you will reach the San Bernardino river, where you can swim in the clear and fresh waters of the Rio Pogallo.  
  
  
  
The house is located in Santino, about 15 minutes by car from the main tourist destinations such as Pallanza, Intra, Villa Taranto, Stresa, Borromean Islands, Cannero and Cannobio.

#### Ein super toller Aufenthalt bei sehr netten Menschen.

Pros: Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und es wurde uns alles toll erklärt und gezeigt. Die Wohnung war sauber, schön ausgestattet und es liegen viele Informationen über die Sehenswürdigkeiten und wichtige Notfallnummern in einem Ordner und per Flyer vor. Cons: Das unser Aufenthalt nur so kurz war.

#### Große Haus in toller Lage.

Pros: Das Haus ist wunderschön groß für die Familie geeignet und die Gastgeber waren sehr freundliche und sie haben uns herzlich empfangen. Ihre Freundlichkeit und warmherzige Art haben uns tief beeindruckt. Abschließend möchte ich mich nochmals bei Ihnen bedanken. Sie haben unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas Besonderem gemacht und uns mit unvergesslichen Erinnerungen beschenkt.
