Not clean... morning staff was not professional at all. They don't know how to talk to the guests tone is very rude and disrespectful. Evening staff was nice though.

Room was dirty and spiders were all over the shower. They also informed me there is no free breakfast anymore. The night shift staff was absolutely amazing though.

Not too far from NOS Center

The place was super clean and nice, it was about a 15 drive to the NOS center but I had no issues with that. Lots of places to eat near by. I would stay again.

Okay

Easy check in. Location is convenient, close to a lot of stores and fast food places. Room was okay. Dirty looking tbh, floor looked like it had not been swept on a while.

The worst stay I have ever had. Hot tub always cold, breakfast closed by 8:45 am, so no sleeping in if you want to eat. When I complained about the service and amenities they tried to force me to check out of my stay early with nowhere to go.

Overall, the hotel was very good. The bed mattress was very good and the room was clean. Also plenty of places to eat. The only real Negative was the surrounding area doesn’t look all that safe. But it’s nice and close to the hospital.
