"Beautiful and quiet. The chef is amazing and our dinner was delicious. The manager/waiter was not so pleasant. I think it may have been a language barrier issue as we don’t speak Italian and he doesn’t speak English and he didn’t have much patience for translating. We also found the men who checked us in were not very welcoming. For such a beautiful hotel the front desk people should be much more welcoming. My guess is they were filling in for the regular person. Other than that, we enjoyed our...

"Staying in a trullo is an experience I will always remember fondly. It really is a special space. Trulli Delle Fate Fuffe was a wonderful example. Who needs Alberobello when you can stay here? It is a beautiful property located in the hills above Monopoli (about a 20 min. drive). There were 3 excellent restaurants in the neighborhood. Luciana provided all the necessary amenities (great coffee!). We were totally pleased with our experience. 10/10Please note -- the property is located about 2 KMs on a one lane road. I was pretty nervous at first, thinking I'd end up backing up after encountering a car coming from the opposite direction. However, that never happened. The road was fine."
