The villa's outdoor spaces are truly remarkable, with a fenced garden featuring a lawn and an angular swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 150 - 150 cm, accessible throughout the year). The 4-room house is a spacious accommodation spanning 120 square meters and spread across two levels, offering a comfortable and modern interior design. The living and dining area features a dining table, a cozy dining nook, and is equipped with satellite TV, digital TV, a hi-fi system, and a DVD player for your entertainment needs. This area also enjoys air conditioning for your comfort. You can step out from the living area onto a private patio. One of the rooms on the main level includes a bathroom with a WC and air conditioning, providing direct access to the garden and swimming pool. The well-appointed kitchen comes fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine.  
  
Amenities Included  
Moving upstairs, you'll find two additional rooms, each with air conditioning for your comfort during the warmer months. There is also a bathroom with a bidet and WC on this floor. The property features a balcony and patio, where you can enjoy outdoor living with the provided terrace and balcony furniture, as well as a barbecue and deck chairs for alfresco dining or just relaxing. From the outdoor spaces, you can take in the stunning views of the surrounding mountains and the resort. For your convenience, the house is equipped with a washing machine, safe, iron, children's high chair, baby cot (suitable for up to 2-year-olds), and a hair dryer. Free WiFi is available throughout the property, and you'll have access to reserved parking for one car.
