Modern, beautiful, comfortable apartment block "Tanife 301". In the centre of Playa del Ingles, in a busy, quiet position. For shared use: property (fenced), swimming pool (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower. In the house: lift. Shop, supermarket, restaurant, bus stop 200 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.  
"Villa Gran Canarias", 2-room apartment 45 m2, on the upper floor. Comfortable and modern furnishings: living room with satellite TV, digital TV and air conditioning.
