Property Summary  
You can enjoy a modern and comfortable vacation rental at the Par4 Villa 21 located in the heart of the Salobre Golf Resort, just outside Maspalomas (5 km) and Meloneras (7 km). This quiet and sunny villa boasts a private garden of 80 m2, a lawn area for sunbathing, and an angular swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 140 - 140 cm) available year-round. Amenities include a barbecue area, on-premises parking, and Wi-Fi internet access.  
  
Outdoors  
The villa features a fenced private garden spanning 80 m2, complete with a lawn area perfect for sunbathing. Guests can take a refreshing dip in the angular swimming pool measuring 8 x 4 m with a depth ranging from 140 to 140 cm, available for use throughout the year (01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Additionally, a barbecue area is provided for alfresco dining experiences.  
  
Other Information  
Parking is available on the premises, and public parking is accessible on the road. A shop is located 4 km away, while a supermarket and restaurant are conveniently situated at distances of 3 km and 200 m, respectively. The property is situated near a golf course (18 holes) at a distance of 500 m. Please note that a car is recommended for optimal convenience. The owner does not accept youth groups, and the neighborhood is highly noise-sensitive, so quietness and good behavior are expected. The property is located 25 km from the nearest airfield.  
  
Distances and Attractions  
The villa is situated in the center of the Salobre Golf Resort, just 5 km from Maspalomas and 7 km from the resort area of Meloneras. A sandy beach is located 3 km away, providing easy access to the beautiful coastline. The nearby 18-hole golf course, situated just 500 m from the property, offers excellent golfing opportunities for enthusiasts.

You will find a 4-room house that spans 115 square meters with comfortable and modern furnishings. The living room features satellite TV, digital TV, video, hi-fi system, DVD, and air conditioning, with an exit leading to the patio. One room has a french bed, a shower/WC, air conditioning, and an exit to the garden. Another room has two beds and an exit to the garden, while the third room also has two beds. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, a dining table, and air conditioning.  
  
Amenities Included  
The property offers various amenities to enhance your vacation experience. These include air conditioning, a washing machine, a barbecue area, a dishwasher, and pet-friendly accommodations (maximum one pet/dog allowed). You will also find a private patio, satellite TV, a microwave, a television, and a maximum capacity of six guests. The house boasts three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The property provides additional facilities such as a safe, an iron, a children's high chair, a baby cot suitable for up to 2-year-olds, and a hair dryer.
