Villa Sonnenland Curie Description This nice and cosy property is distributed on 3 floors. With 4 bedrooms, 3 of them with double beds and the room with two single beds, it also has 3 bathrooms, two with shower and the third one with shower and bath in the main bedroom, it also has a separate toilet on the ground floor. Villa Sonnenland Curie, located in a quiet residential area, has a large terrace where we can find a large private heated pool (with a supplement) of 8 x 3.5 meters with waterfall type jet, barbecue and solarium with hammocks to enjoy the sun. This accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils for a carefree stay such as dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, private parking, etc. Villa Sonnnenland Curie has air conditioning and private parking, without doubt the best choice for a holiday with family or friends. This exceptional accommodation is only a few minutes drive from the main beaches of Maspalomas, Meloneras, supermarkets, shops... This house is designed for our most demanding clients, and at VillaGranCanaria we highly recommend it. VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION The minummum number of rooms open will depend on the number of adults involved in the reservation. For example, 4 people = two rooms, 6 people = 3 bedrooms and so on. Should you wish to use all rooms with a lesser occupancy, please note that the price will be increased. Conditions This property is located in a residential area. Therefore, parties, events, or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden. Music, especially outdoors, is not to be played from 22:00 to 08:00. Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions. Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass. A deposit of 1500€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
