Private: property 1'000 m2, swimming pool angular (11 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Barbecue, parking on the premises, public parking on the road. Bus stop "Las Crucitas" 19 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.  
"Sunset 10PAX", 6-room house 480 m2 on 2 levels. Modern and luxurious furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, cable TV, digital TV and air conditioning. Exit to the patio. 3 rooms, each room with 1 french bed, shower/WC and air conditioning. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds, shower/WC and air conditioning.
