Additionally, there are 2 rooms, each with 2 beds, shower/WC, and air conditioning.

The property includes a well-appointed open kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Outdoor amenities include a 300 square meter terrace with furniture and a barbecue area. Other amenities comprise a washing machine, dryer, safe, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2-year-olds, hair dryer, and free WiFi internet access. There is also a reserved parking space for one car.
