Modern, comfortable villa "Los Lagos 31" in 2023\. In the centre of Salobre Resort, on the outskirts Maspalomas, in a secluded, sunny position. For shared use: swimming pool kidney-shaped heated (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Private: garden (fenced) with lawn. In the house: sun terrace, air conditioning. Parking on the premises, public parking on the road. Shop, supermarket, restaurant 500 m, bus stop "Las Crucitas" 19 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: airfield 45 km from the property. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.  
"Los Lagos 31", 4-room house 130 m2\. Comfortable and modern furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, digital TV and air conditioning.
