E' quindi una opportunità affittare la mia casa. La zona di S. Fernando è turistica e residenziale insieme, vivace ma tranquilla, con supermercato, farmacie, bar, ristoranti, etc, tutto vicino a voi. L’appartamento si sviluppa al piano terra ed è totalmente indipendente. Si accede all’appartamento dal cancellino lato strada che immette in un’ampia corte in parte coperta nella quale si trova un grande tavolo dove poter mangiare. Dalla porta principale si accede nell’ingresso, sulla sinistra attraverso un breve corridoio si accede alla sala da pranzo. La sala da pranzo è abbastanza ampia con una cucina nuovissima e completamente attrezzata, un tavolo allungabile ed un comodo divano. In cucina si trova la porta che immette nella zona piscina. Sempre dall’ingresso si accede attraverso una porta a vetro scorrevole alla zona notte, qui si trova una comoda cabina armadio e la porta che immette alla camera da letto, il letto è matrimoniale. Tutto è nuovissimo ed i mobili ,quasi tutti fatti su misura, come gli armadi a muro. Il materasso ha il topper e tutto è pulito e perfettamente funzionante. L'appartamento è inoltre perfetto per smart working, wi-fi è velocissimo. La piscina è riservata a prenotazioni di lunga durata( più di un mese),La zona è deliziosa,residenziale e colorata, è distante meno di 3 chilometri dalle dune ,è fornita di servizi come bar ,ristoranti,negozi di ogni tipo e spazi verdi.L Per chi ama immergersi nella cultura locale e detesta gli immensi condomini della zona turistica. È una zona vivace ma tranquilla .La tranquillità nel vostro appartammento-casa dunque è totale. Il parcheggio non è un problema e neppure la distanza dal mare ,meno di 3 km (il mare si vede da ogni finestra),perché i taxi sono frequenti e assolutamente economici. I turisti sono pregati di avere la massima cura degli arredi ,alla fine del soggiorno una persona da me incaricata controllerà che non ci siano danni ai materassi e alle cose. Grazie Laura Maini A Maspalomas ,se non si vuole noleggiare la macchina o un altro mezzo (è consigliato),è comodo ed economico prendere il taxi. (the owner and the local team)The description and fotos of the flat are very accurate.My day started with a mug of coffee watching pupils heading to school. I did not feel at a tourist spot at all. It was a very calm place and was able to sit the whole day in the sun.When I felt the need for a little more action, it's been a short walk to the tourist hotspots or an about 5min ride by car.If I could afford it, I would make the owner an offer to buy the place.Just for minor mentioning, I was on "workation" and had no problem at all to do my work from this "homeoffice"...San Fernando is a great place to be, all I needed was nearby...
