This apartment is a part of San Antonio's historic living and is not only right on the Riverwalk, but also steps away from delicious dining, exciting attractions, great nightlife and entertainment. This historic building is one of San Antonio's historic locations and has a lot of originality and charm along with it's nostalgic decor. Check out the old mail shoot that is located next to the elevator that residents used to send their mail for the post man to collect. The location is unbeatable. We stayed for three days without renting a car and didn't Uber once- we walked everywhere. Right on the Riverwalk, across from San Fernando Cathedral, within walking distance of the Alamo and Market Square, plenty of dining options as well. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated, and we really enjoyed the balcony- what a beautiful space to hang out. Previous reviews mentioned it being noisy- there was no more noise than any other downtown area and we both slept well. It’s comfy, the location is fantastic, and Angela was responsive with any needs we had. I know it can be a battle updating and renovating a historic building and she has made it very nice. The king size bed is really comfortable. The kitchen space had everything needed. Some things to consider and replies to other reviews: yes there is some street noise. I tried the earplugs the first couple nights but I don’t like sleeping with them. However, the box fan provided really drowned out a lot and provided some nice white noise. Night two, the Sangheet, pre-wedding celebration at Juarez Plaza, about 4/10 of a mile away. Finally, the wedding at Arneson River Theatre, about 4/10 mile away. Reception an Art Museum, about 4/10 mile away. The entrance to the River Walk, right across the street. This property and location was fantastic! Eclectic decorated interior, super-super clean and neat. Walked from Hotel Emma back to property, the River Walk clean, entertaining and so much fun. Thank you! Thank you! ##### Ed S.
