The space is a gorgeous custom renovation of a 110 year old home split into four luxury private apartments with hand crafted industrial elements. It’s right next to an interstate but the worst part is it is right next to the La Roca night club which blast music so loud it is deafening in the house and they play their music until 2:00a.m. on the weekends and midnight during the week. Tanner made sure to stay in communication with me, which eased my nerves. The Monty is beautiful. It's beautiful inside and out. It is in the perfect location, close to downtown.
