It is 10 minutes from downtown, 15 from Pearl district, 15 from the airport. We had a rental car, but did not need it. The VRBO was clean and the beds were comfortable with nice dark rooms. My only complaints would be 1) there were glade plug-ins all over the house, the smell was so strong it gave me a headache (but removable), 2) there is a train and rooster, and 3) not really in much of a neighborhood, but it's close to grocery/gas. All in all, I would highly recommend this VRBO. It's been newly renovated and it's quite nice and comfortable. ##### Catherine S. I think this was the only remodeled house on the street. It’s next to a heavy . equipment yard where they picked up equipment and moved rocks around 6:30 in the morning so that was very annoying. The train is very close and goes by at least three times in the evening and ringing the horn. Very very noisy and difficult for most to sleep. Remodel was nice and comfortable inside for everybody. Even when I asked about the mattress in the main room, which was by far the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. But there is plenty of parking on the side of the house and it's protected. We felt safe, the house was extremely CLEAN, and the host was Superb as they allowed us to check in a little early to drop off our luggage and instruments! Just minutes from mayor attractions and night clubs. Very comfortable rooms.
