We came to visit family in San Antonio which is way too busy for us. Just about 25-30 minutes outside of SA, this little charmer is located right in the heart of Boerne. Super close to shops and restaurants and completely walkable. We walked the Cibolo each morning before heading out for the day and fully enjoyed the ducks. Loved it! ##### Heather V. The bar down the street has live music and you can listen to them play on the front porch swing! It's lovely! Also the ducks come by and say hello from the pond across the street! The home was remodeled, but preserved several architectural features from the past. The porch swing is also a fun way to spend passing time or reading a book.
