This beautifully renovated Historic Craftsman top floor apartment includes a private sweeping 2nd story front patio overlooking a quiet residential street & large outdoor back deck. 2 blocks to local restaurants, bars, clubs & shops on the St Mary’s Strip; 3 blocks from the shops & eateries @ Pearl/Riverwalk. Full service kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals plus a stocked coffee & tea bar. The apartment is the full top floor of the home with private entrance and wifi enabled keypad deadbolt lock. Each room has multiple doors which could be left open for an open loft feel or closed for privacy. \-Master bedroom has a king-sized bed and private patio access. \-Queen bedroom with en suite bath also has private patio access. \-Bunk room has been updated to a trundle with 2 twin beds. All mattresses are high quality 12in memory foam. Each room has its own remote controlled eco-friendly ceiling fan. Bunkroom houses the washer/dryer & laundry detergent is provided.
