Privacy abounds on the .5 acre estate size lot with resort-like pool with waterfall and spa, lush backyard with multiple seating areas, perfect for relaxing with plenty of space and convenient access to all major sights in San Antonio, Texas Hill Country, New Braunfels, San Marcos and more. Offering multiple seating areas, beautiful in-ground pool, hot tub/spa, palm trees and waterfall. Additional outdoor area with a fire pit for late night chats, large in ground sandbox for the kids, outdoor grill and a yard full of native live oak trees and mountain laurels. 4 Bedrooms, 3.5 Bathrooms, Breakfast Dining table for 6 and Formal Dining Table for 8, two large seating rooms, 70" flat screen tv, baby grand piano, 22 foot ceilings, open floor plan, master bedroom with ensuite bath on separate side of house for other 3 bedrooms with private door leading to back covered patio. Was a great property for our family and relatives, plenty of space and incredible fun back yard. We changed all our touring plans when we saw how nice the house was and stayed by the pool more often - very impressed with prompt communication with the owners who had some great recommendations for local restaurants and any questions we had regarding the house.
