House includes a master suite, game room with foosball table, covered patio with furniture and sitting area, floating tree deck, BBQ grill, outdoor Hot-tub and more! There's plenty of private parking spots. This 2100 sqf house includes a master bedroom with king bed, 2nd bedroom with queen bed, 3rd bedroom with 2 trundle beds. House includes everything you need, smart TVs, which can be used with Netflix and all cables channels, Wi-Fi, washer & dryer and more. This house is also suitable for babies and it includes a highchair and a pack ’n Play/travel crib. The high ceilings and skylights make this a bright and inviting space. This house has a game room with foosball table and it Includes a huge outside patio for sitting and enjoying the outdoors plus a lifted tree deck on the tree with sitting area, BBQ and a hot-tub, under a covered patio with plenty of private parking spots. I can assure you will love it! You are welcome to enjoy the house in its entirety from the kitchen to the backyard with BBQ area. There is also a private patio to sit and relax. \*I have yet to post images of this space at night, but after recently adding string lighting all around, the backyard transforms into a soothing, atmospheric retreat as soon as the sun goes down. This home is located a few minutes from restaurants, family-friendly activities, nightlife, public transport, Fiesta Texas Six-flags, La Cantera, The RIM shopping, Palladium, Lifetime fitness, bowling, UTSA, Dominion Golf course, Top Golf, USAA and more. This location is perfect for your San Antonio vacation! Close to Loop 1604 and I-10\. Car is recommended and you can use Metro bus. Ride sharing is popular in San Antonio and we have Lyft and Uber. Popular nearby attractions are a short drive away. • Check in is at 3pm. No keys are required. • Checkout is at 10am. No keys are required. \- Late check-out might be possible for an additional fee (Please ask for an approval first) I give my guests space but am available when needed. I will be more then happy to assist with any issue. I live 10 minutes away and will gladly help with any need. While you are here, the house is yours to enjoy and interaction with us is up to you! You can use the keypad entry to access the home (I will send you the access code the day of your arrival). In the house i have a list of local recommendations so you'll be equipped with what you need to get around and get the best out of San Antonio during your stay! While I aim to accommodate requests, unauthorized events will result in heavy fines & event will be immediately closed. If you would like to arrange a small gathering or an event, please reach out to me prior to booking so we can discuss options or additional requirements. Parties are NOT allowed! Sound sensors which are used to detect the intensity of sound, are installed in this home to prevent unauthorized events. Please, no loud music after 22:00\. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. \- Hot-Tub will not be heated prior to your arrival. If you wish to heat it up, you can do so when checking in. Please note it will take a few hours for the water to heat. \- We ARE pet friendly for up to two pets, but we need to know if you will be traveling with furry companions. We charge a $50 flat cleaning fee for the stay, to account for the additional time necessary to clean in these cases. \- On the other side of the house there is an occupied mother in-law suite with a completely separated entrance. it is not shared with the house in any way and it is surrounded by a fence so you can rest assured to have complete privacy. \- During your stay, I can connect you with recommended high quality professionals who provide in-home treatments such as massages, facial treatments or private dining with a private shef. Very close to Marts for quick access to daily needs. Close to highway so convenient. The rooms and living area and backyard all were very spacious yet cozy too. We didn’t use the hot tub but it was clean and ready. Pac-Man game was fun. Air hockey didn’t work and was reported to host. The kitchen wasn’t very guest ready - in the sense u do have to carry even the basic stuff like salt pepper, oil. Utensils were good enough. Cooking range was great. Overall comfort of bed, pillows was decent. We had a good stay and the host was super prompt in communication. We were going to a spa day at La Canterra and this house was very conveniently located. Overall we were pleased with the house. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. The check in and check out process was easy. Upon arrival the air conditioning wasn’t working, and the owner sent the repair man right away. The problem was dirty air filters, so I’d suggest that the property be more thoroughly maintained prior to guest’s arrival. But the owner was very quick to respond and the problem was solved. The house is really close to the major highway, so there was some road noise for one of us who hadn’t brought white noise. Also, the downstairs bathroom sink is very tiny and made it difficult to get ready or wash hands. So just a heads up on that. Bedrooms were sized well and easy to share. Great place to bring your family together and stay. Ample seating and a huge well-equipped kitchen and dining area. The floor plan and awesome outdoor space are great for spending time together. The home is very clean, including the hot tub. Unfortunately the neighbors were a bit bothersome. The people next door held a large, outdoor bible study which they used a microphone and loud speakers for. We basically had to stay inside until they finished so we didn’t disturb them. ##### Erica C. The owner stated there was a Master Suite which is false and the 4th bedroom was not legally a bedroom according to San Antonio building inspector because it should have a closet. The home was recently sold as a 3 bedroom. Code violations noted by a contractor I asked to look at the home. VRBO should screen these properties because it tarnishes it's reputation. I had to move to a hotel for four days and incurred additional costs and inconvenience. I requested a full refund of my rental fee and so far no response from the owner. ##### Al M. We did not know that there would be people living directly underneath the bdrms in a separate part of the house. They were loud all through the night, until we finally pounded on the wall at 2 AM and they quieted down. This happened multiple nights. The listing also says there is a master suite - not the case. There is no bathroom attached to any bdrm. Positives: The house is updated and very clean. The backyard is great as shown in the pics. Convenient location. Kitchen is decently stocked. Negatives: No hangers in the entire house, and no dressers in 3 of the 4 bdrms. We lived out of our suitcases. No pillows on the twin beds. No garbage bags other than the one in the can when we arrived. No wi-fi (network listed in the house info was incorrect). This meant no tv the entire week. No hair dryer. We contacted the owner about each issue as they arose, received a couple apologies and nothing was taken care of. We were also told someone would reach out to us about the problems. Never heard a thing. This house has potential, but the listing needs to be truthful. And common amenities (pillows, wi-fi, hangers) need to be provided. ##### Allison C.
