First, we must inform you there are NO parties or events allowed at this property. There are state and city laws that must be respected, as well as our neighbors. Any parties or gatherings of any kind will result in a minimum fine of $2,000, and will be asked to check out with no refund. The home is outfitted with a Minut device (measures volume decibels; does not record) that notifies us when noise levels at the property exceed the set limit. This is a tranquil neighborhood that's best suited for guests looking for a relaxing getaway. We appreciate your understanding. Dogs are allowed for $125 per stay, up to 2 dogs included. Dog must be crate trained and please clean up after your dog. Space for up to 4 cars in the parking, no more than that is allowed. There is one exterior camera are solely to keep track of our cleaning team. GUEST VERIFICATION: To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed. Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes: \- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions. \- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in. \- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book. The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Very clean, kitchen was well supplied with cooking implements. Swimming pool was well-maintained, and refreshing. Beds and bedding were comfortable, clean. During our stay, the upstairs shower mixer was completely nonfunctional. Only completely hot or completely cold water. Anything in the middle caused a tremendously loud air hammer. Pool table is in disrepair and unplayable. Manager was in constant communication, and responsive. Some required insurance fees are buried deep in the listing, which didn’t make sense, since the VRBO platform has defined fields for insurance fees. Our family of 8 found a lack of many amenities, like silverware, drinking glasses, cookware and towels. Beware of raccoons, possums and other critters outside. There is a verification policy that is not mentioned upfront, resulting in an additional 50 cost. The playroom with pool table and games was fun. Check out 10am. After hours of travel after dark we didn’t spend much time looking the place over, unloaded and went to bed. Next day started to prepare breakfast, this is where we started noticing things. The dishes were extremely dirty. There are only 2 6” frying pans & cooking utensils all were covered in old grease. Microwave was disgusting. Stovetop was terrible dried crust on it. The kitchen sink was awful and had leftover food still in the drain.We had to wash everything we used and clean the kitchen before starting. We did not use the microwave. Toilet in the master had what we think was dried poop smeared on the outside of the bowl, & we did not use it. Rug on the back porch was covered in dried vomit. Light fixture over the dining table is hanging by its wiring only. Open bare wires in the game room former light socket.Individual familiar with the property spoke to us following day and told us about the constant partying at this house. This explains a lot.But it’s not an excuse for the lazy cleaning crew.Day 2 consisted of an all day SeaWorld trip so the house was not used much. Contacted company about our issues on day 3 and was asked to send pictures to email address. After rental we were asked to leave a 5 star review,we spent more time cleaning than crew did.absolutely no compensation offered. Bare min cleaning fee should be Refunded.pool sticks all broken.
