This neighborhood has a high walking score and it's very safe to walk around. The best way to get around the neighborhood is by vehicle. There is parking space on the driveway (3 cars). MAX 3 CARS AT ALL TIMES. This property is also conveniently located close to the METRO system (bus transportation). You can use your phone GPS to find the best METRO route. Finally, you can always use UBER or other ridesharing platforms to move around. • Even though we include a gas grill, we do NOT refill the gas tank. You may need to refill it at a local hardware store or gas station that refills propane tanks. • To keep the yard in great shape, our lawn care team visits every other week. They may stop by during your stay, but don’t worry – they’ll only be working outside and won’t take more than an hour to finish. We were in town for our son's graduation from Air Force basic. The house is in an older neighborhood, but has been beautifully restored. The master bedroom/bath is beautiful, and the kitchen, dining, living area is spacious, open and homey. The whole house is stocked very well.We were in the middle of everywhere we needed to be, minutes from the military bases, airport and historic downtown. We couldn't have asked for a better location. Additionally, it felt like being at home with our son as well. So much better than a hotel room.Our hosts were very responsive to any questions we had and check in and check out could not have been simpler.
