Each bedroom is decorated to honor a different Texas city. The home boasts a fresh remodel with 7 bedrooms (4 of the bedrooms connect), 2 bathrooms, a sand volleyball court in the backyard, open concept kitchen and dining, horseshoes, charcoal grill, fire pit, and a hammock overlooking the neighborhood in an outdoor second floor patio. STR-22-13501486 The Neighborhood: Five Points is an up and coming neighborhood 8 minutes north of downtown San Antonio. You will see some homes that are very nice and have been completely restored and you will also see some homes that need work. I stay here frequently with family and friends and feel that the neighborhood is quite safe. The neighbors have all been very friendly and keep an eye on the property. Washer and dryer were super convenient and the home itself was spaceous. It was SO cold in the home, and the middle room at the top was freezing, but that’s preferable over it being hot so no complaints. Blankets, pillows, and towels were a nice plus, as well as the pans, bowls and plates already in the pantry. We liked how every room was named after a different Texas city! It was a pleasant stay, but some minor things can be changed: the porch lights that connect to the side fence were mostly broken, the restroom door handles were practically dangling, and the back yard was full of mosquitoes or bugs that bit our kids legs and left them with small boils on the 1st night. Only had to stay 2 nights, so primarily used the house for sleeping. By far best quality of the house is location. Very short drive to Pearl area, river walk, and Frost Bank Center. Only particular problem with house was age. Floor boards tended to creak and bend creating unwanted noise. Some doors didn't close properly (Fort Worth). Other suggestions: connecting fridge water for ice/water, more reachable outlets for chargers, and possibly a few more full length mirrors. Also had some issues keeping the bedrooms at room temperature (67). Downstairs bedroom stayed real cold, and upstairs were very hot. Thanks again. Overall good stay. ##### Ryan A. Adult beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. Home is very close to downtown, grocery stores and restaurants. Following are not complaints because we managed well but for hosts to consider. 1\. There was 18 of us, we were able to manage with the two bathrooms that the house has, but an extra half bathroom would have made things much easier. 2\.
