There were stains on bedding, sheets, pillow cases, dirt handprints on the walls, dustbunnies and trash under beds, no extra comforters for the fold out couch, a dead cricket on the couch, a bra left in a downstairs room, and dirty bandaid in the middle of the living room carpet. It was very comfortable and very conveniently located. The house was clean and well stocked with kitchen necessities. There was only one dishtowel so we had to use a bathroom hand towel which worked out fine. Mattresses are fairly firm and comfortable. The only downside which is no fault of the owner, was that the people across from the house parked behind their garage which made it a little tricky to get out of the garage each day. Verbo made it extremely impossible to be compensated for it, and I’m still in the process of dealing with them and the property owner did offer to comp the stay for us but as you can imagine it was extremely inconvenient for my girlfriend and for us having to pick only having stain one night and have to find a new place to stay for fear of being bitten again.
