Located in the established neighborhood of Lavaca in San Antonio, this beautifully renovated historic duplex provides the perfect vacation rental for small families, couples, and solo adventurers alike! Enjoy being located within walking distance of endless dining options, which comes in handy when you don't feel like cooking.  
  
You are approximately one and a half miles from the heart of San Antonio, a vibrant metropolis rich in culture! The romantic San Antonio River Walk is a must if you are here with your significant other. The pathway runs along the San Antonio River and gives access to several of the city's top attractions, restaurants, hotels, and other forms of entertainment. Located 11 miles away from home and downtown is the San Antonio Missions National Historical Park where you can learn interesting facts about the missions built in the 1700s. A must-visit for history buffs is The Alamo, which is nearly one and a half miles away. This complex is a site of a crossroads in Texan history and attracts more than two million visitors each year!  
  
This delightful, family-friendly duplex offers an enclosed backyard, adding a nice touch of privacy during your stay. The front porch is great for people-watching while the secluded back porch and patio offer a fantastic conversation spot with two small tables and chairs.  
  
Inside, this air-conditioned retreat boasts an inviting living area with an assortment of comfortable furniture throughout. Spread out comfortably on the sofa and stream your favorite movie or series on the smart TV with streaming services. The corner desk will be convenient if you were planning on working from home. The well-appointed kitchen adds a touch of modernity to the home, with its stylish stainless steel appliances. A stackable washer/dryer can be found in the kitchen as well. A sunny den provides you with a dreamy spot to take midday naps or watch TV with your loved ones.

This home is in a Duplex. Little Lavaca #1 and #2 can be rented together. Inquire within.  
  
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.  
  
  
  
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

It was a little dusty and the bathroom was on the small/narrow side, but overall we really enjoyed the place and how close we were to everything. One note, it is behind a fire station. It didn't cause a noise issue for me but might be important to others.
