Anna at the front desk was amazing. We had a large military group with 11 different rooms. She was kind, patient, and got us all checked in very fast, which allowed us to get settled in and get to work quickly. Thanks to Anna making us feel so welcome, we will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Stayed there for my daughter’s Air Force graduation. Very knowledgeable staff on Air Force graduation start times. They even had a breakfast bags to go on Wednesday which was a plus plus.

The room wasn't very clean and the mattress was very gross. Our keycards had to be fixed every evening when we returned to our room. Breakfast was okay. Staff was friendly.

First night smelled an oder on one of the queen beds. After investigating we found it was coming from the underside of the mattress pad. Large stain found which was still moist and mattress also. It appeared the mattress pad had been turned over instead of washed. Linens had not been cleaned properly from previous customer. Krystal was very apologetic and understanding about us moving to another hotel.

The room was dusty and the sheets were dirty and soiled, even blood stain. Luckily we always take our own sheets and pillow cases. The cleaners need to do a better job.

The first room that we were in has issues. The water didn't get hot, the shower didn't work, the phone didn't work, and the TV was weird. The staff was great and they moved us to another room that was better than the first.

Im a bit Embarrassed by saying I allowed a little disturbance follow me, I just couldn’t Deal with It nor wanted problems! The staff called local authority & seemed concerned about my safety & well being the rest of the time there.

The staff was nice and courteous. The property needs a lot of repairs, especially the pool area. Curtains were torn and the towels are old and thinning. I requested someone to fix my TV issue 4x's and nothing was done, Did enjoy the coffee and water.

Rooms had dirty sheets and walls of the room were also dirty. Pros of the area were that we were only 15-20 mins away from downtown, cons the area seemed a little sketchy our view outside the hotel was a wooded lot with trash all over it, of course not their fault but was not a pleasant sight. More than likely will not be returning.
