The neighborhood was fine. House was clean and comfortable and had more bedrooms than we needed. One thing that isn't worth removing a star: there are notices about how to use hot water by running the sink a bit to let it warm up. You actually have to leave the hot side of the sink running or the instant water heater stops heating mid shower. Something miscalibrated or something. ##### Adam N.
