This means that there are remodeled homes next to older homes, lots of strays, and lots construction. Roads are not in the best shape. Some houses might look overgrown, some houses look abandoned. This is not the property to book if you plan on walking to downtown locations. Uber and Lyft are very fast, inexpensive, and easy to use here if you’re planning to hit the downtown locations. It’s in the city, so please expect noise sometimes. This is NOT a luxurious neighborhood, but an up and coming neighborhood. We chose this area because it's super close to the Riverwalk and downtown attractions, central to everything else.
