Adjacent to the Botanical Gardens and within walking distance of the SA Zoo, Brackenridge Park, San Antonio Country Club, Fort Sam Houston and only 10 mins drive to Downtown. It is remodeled with wood and tile floors, ceiling fans in all rooms, custom all tile shower & granite counter tops. Outside the apartment there is a BBQ grill, sitting area and lots of reserved parking space. \- This is Apartment #11 in the complex (2nd floor, the apartment to the right of building) \- Apartment is 100% non-smoking. \- Parties are NOT allowed! \- BBQ area is on the back of the building \- We ARE pet friendly for up to two pets, but we need to know if you will be traveling with furry companions. We charge a $50 flat cleaning fee for the stay, to account for the additional time necessary to clean in these cases. \-Late check-out might be possible for an additional fee (Please ask for an approval first) I will be more then happy to assist with any issue. I live 10 minutes away and will gladly help with any need. While you're here, the apartment is yours to enjoy and interaction with me is up to you! You can use the keypad entry to access the home and I will send you the access code upon arrival. Apartment is walking distance to the San Antonio Zoo, Brackenridge Park, San Antonio Country Club and only 10 mins drive to downtown San Antonio. You are welcome to enjoy the house in its entirety from the kitchen to the yard. You have 2 reserved parking spots within the complex and plenty more off street. This three-bedroom 1000 square foot home has everything you may need. Cable TV, high speed internet/ WIFI, washer and dryer, and much more. The 3 bedrooms can comfortably sleep six guests, plus a queen air mattress. This home can accommodate a total of 8 guests. The high ceilings and skylights make this a bright and inviting space. I can assure you will love it! Notes: Apartment is 100% non-smoking. High chair and Pack n Play available upon request. Ride sharing is popular in San Antonio and we have Lyft and Uber. Loved the location and unit was clean but it went downhill quick after that. Microwave and coffee maker broken. Loose tile on step (tripping hazard for parents). No mirrors in any room except bathrooms. No space for women to get ready. Light in bedroom was missing bulbs so we had to take one from another room. Apartment was so unlevel that toilet seat won't stay up so you have to hold it while you're going. Mattresses in all bedrooms were awful! Advertises sleeping for eight but there isn't enough seating for eight. Finally, no curtains on windows so light from outside constantly shining into rooms. ##### David d. It does sleep at least 5, but there is only 1 small old sofa that leans forward, is uncomfortable. Bathroom vents do not work; hot water on sink faucets does not get even warm. Definitely very central and close to many different tourist locations. There were no measuring cups, no paper plates, & this location is an apartment. The apartment is upstairs & the furthest apartment on the 2nd floor. So please be prepared for the walk & to go up and down stairs. Stay was perfect for our needs. Reasonably priced place with plenty of room for 9\. It was updated and I feel like the pictures represented the unit accurately. Actually, it was bigger than I had anticipated. Daniel was great to work with too. We thought we had booked three nights, but actually we had booked two nights. He called us to let us know and was very kind about it. It took us a bit to get back to the unit to gather our belongings. The cleaning ladies were already there and were very kind as well and didn't rush us to pack everything up. The only negative part about our stay is the overwhelming smell of cleaning/chemical solution. We tried to air out the unit when we got there, but to no prevail. We had to wash all of our clothes when we got home because it had that smell on them. So, we knew we were in a clean unit, it just overwhelmed our senses when we were there. ##### Joan G. Not a bad thing per se but it was an older run down apartment that had the bathrooms upgraded and kitchen somewhat but granite broken in our unit and just not the “beautiful “ we were hoping for.
