We updated the house with 3 bedrooms that we thoughtfully designed for Airbnb guests :) The 4 bedrooms feature comfy beds, one has a king while the other has queens and twins. One master bedroom ensuite a master bathroom and 3 rooms with a common bathroom. All bathrooms are clean and have everything you need, from body wash and shampoo to toilet paper and clean towels! Check out our kitchen! Its features plenty of space and all the amenities you need to cook a meal for the entire group. The kitchen features lots of counter space and high-quality cookware that will make cooking fun instead of a chore. Our kitchen amenities include plenty of pots and pans, utensils, kitchen tools, coffee with coffee included, fridge, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. There's also plenty of dining space. We have a large family table as well as a really cool dining space in the indoor patio that overlooks the backyard! The living area also features a large 4k smart TV. Our internet reaches speeds of up to 300 Mbps, so streaming your favorite shows and movies is easy, fast, and looks great! Its also perfect for getting some work done. We feature mesh Wi-Fi with ethernet ports. So every room of the house has greater internet coverage! Last but not least we have our amazing covered patio for an afternoon conversation with your friends and family, or a late night whiskey or barbeque. The homes in this neighborhood are spaced far apart and nested centrally in a family oriented residential neighborhood. This 1700 Sqf farmhouse-styled vacation house includes 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master suite includes a king bed with an attached bathroom, 2nd=3rd bedrooms with queen beds, and 4th bedroom with twin bed. There are also 2 queen air mattress bed available, which is very comfortable, so this house can sleep a total of 10 people. Both the Living room and the master suite have Smart TVs which can be used with Netflix and all cables channels. There is specious game area with a pool table. There is a covered patio with sitting area, BBQ grill, plenty of private parking space and a private huge outdoor yard. \- House is 100% non-smoking. \- Highchair and Pack n Play are available upon request. \- Parties are NOT allowed! Sound sensors which are used to detect the intensity of sound, are installed in this home to prevent unauthorized events. Please, no loud music after 22:00\. We have a security system installed including alarms and security cameras facing the exterior (no interior cameras). No Street Parking! This is a residential area! A fully equipped kitchen and a nice sized backyard. We had no issues during our stay and we were there for medical reasons and they let us extend our stay as needed. Very kind and understanding of our needs and extremely quick to respond to requests or just answer questions. Would definitely choose this property again. We felt very comfortable and safe. Sure enough the dishwasher would not turn on. It had an error code on the display that indicated the filter needed cleaning and it did. it was stopped up but even after cleaning the dishwasher still did not work. We had to hand wash everything before using for the first time and hand wash all week which was not too bad if that was all. Then at bed time 2 of the other adults noticed their bedding was not clean so we stayed up till almost 1am washing the bedding for 3 of the 4 beds. Then on the 3rd day the kitchen flooded from a drain leaking under the sink. fortunately we were able to hand tighten the fittings and it stopped but still we had to pull everything out from under the sink and clean it up and dry the floor. I understand things happen BUT we responded to the first email "How was your first night" from the management company dotprentals and they never responded. We tried multiple times all week to send emails, text and calls to the company and the manager who had text me requiring more information before he could approve then rental. Only after check on Friday did we get a call but we send pictures and described our issues and 2 weeks later nothing.I learned a hard lesson. Vrbo stated they could do nothing if we have already checked out ! CALL VRBO FIRST !!!!!! ##### claude w.
