The location is great with restaurants at the end of the block. My only suggestions would be concerning a lack of little touches such as towel bars, and securing slippery area rugs. A lovely home, comfy beds, 3 full bathrooms, plenty of room, large open kitchen. There are 4 bedrooms, plus the living area has a trundle day bed, so can accommodate a larger group. The location is fabulous, very close to the Pearl District, a half block from NOLA, an amazing New Orleans style restaurant, very close to La Fonda on Main, a SA favorite. Has a large kitchen where we could gather for coffee and breakfast and a large living area where we could all sit. Beds are very comfortable. For those who need to know - they have a regular coffee machine and a Keurig machine. They include coffee and various sugars, so you should have enough at least to get you started. Very convenient location close to lots of shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Great communication - very responsive to all questions. Will stay again. ##### Ulka W. We were returning our Sophmore Football Player to his Dorm on the TU Campus. The home is conveniently located to school, restaurants & The Pearl. The grass in the front yard hadn’t been mowed in a long time. The deck on the back of the house was very dirty with leaves etc. so we didn’t use it.
