About this space  
Experience the convenience of a centrally-located retreat where your family can easily access all that surrounds. Just moments away on foot lies the renowned Good Earth Market. Both Downtown Fairfax and Downtown San Anselmo are within close reach. Nestled creekside amidst towering trees, this cozy one-bedroom apartment offers serene surroundings. Enjoy the soothing sound of flowing water in winter, while expansive decks on either side invite ample outdoor relaxation.  
The space  
Welcome to this ground-floor one-bedroom property within a two-unit residence. The unit features a spacious bedroom with a queen bed and a functional desk area. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, fridge, and essential appliances for both short and long-term stays. A full bathroom complements the living space. Outside, a private deck with a propane fire pit awaits on one side of the unit, while the other side offers access to a shared patio area overlooking the creek, complete with a communal wood fire pit.
