This accommodation is on the ground floor and at the corner of the building of the small condominium. Its terrace is quiet, facing east, overlooking fields and Criou. This studio includes:  
\- An entrance with cupboards and sleeping area (2 windows, North-West Expo, 8.5m2) equipped with a trundle bed (1 single bed + 1 drawer bed that can be put at the same height as the first) - this sleeping area is separated from the living room by a door  
\- A living room (16.5m2, expo Est, 1 bay window, view of the fields) with new sofa bed 2 seats 140 and kitchen  
(hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer) overlooking a pretty furnished terrace  
\- Bathroom with bathtub and washing machine (2.5m2)  
\- Separate WC (1,50m2)  
\- A beautiful terrace (10m2) facing east, with garden furniture, awning and view of the Criou

\- Collective parking at the residence
