Located a few steps from the centre of Samoëns, in the quiet area of Les Beules, in a residence with a heated swimming pool, an outdoor swimming pool and a gym.  
  
The skibus is at 150m from the residence.  
  
Flat of 38m² with balcony including :  
  
A living/dining room with access to the balcony  
2-seater sofa bed  
A fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave-oven, dishwasher, filter coffee machine)  
A double bedroom (bed 140)  
A mountain corner at the entrance with 3 bunk \[hidden\] door separates the living room from the mountain area.  
A bathroom with WC and bath
