A perfect retreat for families or larger groups, the villa is equipped with all the amenities to make your stay unforgettable. Rich with European architectural details and artistic decor, our vintage Italian villa blends community and private spaces perfectly...

The main part of the home is centered by "The Tiki Suite," a one-bedroom, open-concept apartment. It has its own kitchen and breakfast bar, bath with rain shower, and living area. The Tiki suite includes AC and a workstation, and the couch is a customized single bed that can accommodate an extra guest. This is where your group will want to gather, and provides the main access to the terrace.

Two guest bedrooms on either side of the Tiki Suite share the terrace - the Playa Room and the Selva Room - and two more guest rooms are accessed via an exterior foyer (the Mariposa Room and the Tortuga Room).

The foyer is shared with our apartment. (Yes, while we respect our guests' privacy, your hosts live on-site! No being left high and dry if you need help with anything.)

Each bedroom in the villa has an exterior entrance door and en-suite bath, making this a perfect location for a company retreat or family vacation.

The fully equipped outdoor kitchen includes a wood-fired BBQ where you can grill delicious steaks or fresh fish. The covered dining area seats 10 - perfect for those special gatherings - and the extra fridge space and cooking appliances give you plenty of options for creating special memories together. (Private chef services available upon request!)
