« Despite what seemed a very promising destination according to the announcement, unfortunately the actual offer was far from what I expected! It was publicized (with a map location) as an 8-10 minute walk from the beach but the actual address turned out to be a 1h 20 minute walk to the nearest beach! Even to do groceries, it was stated that there was no need for a car but in fact, it was isolated (i.e. 15-20 minute drive out of town on country roads & no other guests present!!) and required...

« We had an amazing time! Katy our host was fabulous. She answered many questions for us both before our trip & while we were there. She arranged a private tour guide & advised us on tours. She arranged a private dinner at our house & a box of Dominican cigars for my future son-in-law’s birthday. The small private pool was also a real treat. I will point out that we wanted a vacation in the DR & not a luxury all inclusive retreat. The condo was not luxurious but it was spotless & very comfortable...

« Love this place. It may seem small but it has everything it needs!! Fully surrounded by trees and nature, and there’s even a little river close by. There is hot water, and also an included breakfast, loved this since I didn’t have to worry about waking up and trying to come up with something to eat. If he food was really good. « The villa was very comfortable and fit our family needs. The beach across the street was great for our grandchildren for swimming and snorkeling. Even our 6 year old granddaughter was able to enjoy swimming in the calm water. Francheska was great at answering all our questions with prompt responses. Any problem that happened at the house during our stay was quickly addressed. We really enjoyed the chef services of Jeffrey and his catering company, Foodvery. Jeffrey treated us to fabulous...

"Vue incroyable et chambre propre. Le gros point negatif est sur le restaurant : pas de jus de fruit, reponse de l'etablissement "on est en basse saison". Menu du midi, il manquait les 2/3 des accompagnements, après avoir demandé le riz et la salade la note s'est élevé a 10$ en plus. Heureusement que je l'ai vu et que j'ai pu modifier cette erreur. Au final, l'hotel est vraiment beau et le personnel correct. Venir en haute saison, sinon vous n'aurez pas grand chose a boire et a manger "

"Service médiocre. Très difficile de faire chauffer un biberon : il a fallu 3 déplacements et 3 personnes différentes… Le personnel ne fait pas d effort de compréhension même quand on fait une phrase simple en espagnol. Sous prétexte que le 1er jour la femme de ménage n a pas vu le 2e peignoir , le 2e jour l hôtel veut vous facturer le peignoir alors qu il est dans la chambre ."
