The staff was absolutely wonderful and always responded kindly to my requests and needs. My taxi back to the bus to transport to the airport was very late and I was concerned I could not get there in time, but my wonderful friend at the desk called another and made sure I arrived on time. The room was clean and comfortable and views of the beach from my balcony were stunning. The restaurant in front of the property on the beach was all I needed. They then moved us to a worse room, with a smaller bed, located right in front of the pool, which was extremely noisy. The Wi-Fi did not work inside the room and was only available on the balcony. Breakfast was very basic, with only two options available: American or Dominican. The staff at the kiosk was very slow. If you need to book a taxi, make sure to double-check 20–30 minutes before departure, as in our case the taxi was never actually booked.
