This pristine home offers 14 bedrooms, and 14-and-two half-baths. Located in the heart of Salvo, this luxurious home is within walking distance of the beach. Outside the home, relax by the heated private swimming pool by day and the hot tub in the evening. Pull out the gas grill and grab a cold one while you whip up some lunch to enjoy the picnic area. As the sun sets, hang with the crew at the Tiki Bar to reminisce about your day! When the day comes to an end, rinse off in the outdoor shower and step inside for an epic night of games! As you step inside, get a glimpse of the impeccable style. Notice the plethora of activities on this second level for entertaining the entire crew. Head into the theater and immerse yourself in your favorite movie on the big screen. Across the hall, enjoy a friendly game of billiards and savor the conveniences of the wet bar. Find a comfortable seating area for mingling just outside the rec room. Each of the four En Suites on this level offers a unique design. The first suite is furnished with a Pyramid Bunk set (a twin bed over a full bed). The final three En Suites on this level offer King beds, each with access to a deck. A half bath is in the hall as an added amenity! Ascend to the third level by either elevator or staircase. Locate seven En Suites as you enter the foyer. Six of these are King En Suites, three of which offer access to a deck. The final En Suite on this level is furnished with a cozy Pyramid Bunk Bed. Head up to the third level to find an open concept living space. The elegant kitchen includes a butler's pantry and a massive island bar with seating for eight. While dinner is being prepared in the kitchen, relax in the lounge, and enjoy a drink from the wet bar. Indulge in a scrumptious feast in the dining room with extra seating. When the night is through, watch your favorite show on the TV in the great room. Step out onto the west-side deck at sunset to witness breathtaking views of the Pamlico Sound. Situated on this level are the final three King En Suites. Each En Suite offers deck access and a flat-screen TV. Take a two-minute drive to Hatteras Watersports and try a windsurfing lesson. Half a mile from the house is Duck Village Outfitters. Rent a surfboard or schedule a lesson and spend your days in the water. Back at home, bask in the sunshine by your private heated swimming pool. This pet-friendly home has everything you need for an ultimate Outer Banks vacation! Host your next event or spend a long vacation with extended family at Zensation! Zensation is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! You can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only. The pet fee of $155 is waived for this property. Pets stay free! This property has 14 parking spots for guests. Want added comfort? Consider adding the Heated Pool option! A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $50 per night of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay. This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.\*\* \*\*Private heated pools will open on April 1st and close on November 1st. Hot tubs are open year-round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6pm on check-in day. We had issues with check in, elevators stopped working, no propane in barbecue, unable to obtain WiFi password. The house was not clean, dust balls under bed, cookies and pretzels under the couch cushions. The emergency contact turned off phone at 10pm, before issues were resolved.There is no way to directly communicate with a human being, only leave a message and wait for a call back. I had senor citizens with copd in 100 degrees heat because of inoperable code & elevator problems. They sent maintenance 2 days later!!! When I asked to speak to supervisor, they asked me to accept a discount on a future trip, rather then try to fix the problems or let upper management become aware of the incompetence of the staff. I have stayed at over 50 rentals around the US and Europe, I have never witnessed such terrible management. Kees properties only acknowledgement or apology was to send a legal document offering us minimal financial compensation if we agree to not publicly say or write anything negative about Kees properties.That may be why there are no negative reviews (or else the rumors that vrbo does not print negative reviews is true). We'll see if this gets published..Google Kees Properties and you will see many complaints, including better business bureau. I wish I did before I booked with them. The house was very spacious so all 26 of us could spread out or come together. It was wonderful that everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. However so many bathrooms did affect the water pressure in the 4th floor bathrooms. The beach access was excellent. Held a family bonfire on the beach Thanksgiving night. Many of us rented bikes from a nearby rental place. We did have a maintenance issue with one of the dishwashers that took a couple of days to remedy. That said…. This house was more than accommodating for our wants and needs. Our family crew had 28 people, yet we didn't feel cramped for space at all. We really appreciated the quick communication by KEES when we had any questions. The location was perfect for our group. Just a few blocks from the ocean and just a few blocks from the sound, which both offer a lot. For those larger groups needing similar accommodations, we recommend Zensation! ##### Timothy C. Séjour de 7 nuits en juin 2023 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Charles T. 1 juill. 2023 Points forts : Propreté #### Great Stay Enjoyed our stay at Zensation\* We had a fairly large family reunion beach trip with every bed/bedroom full + kids. Never once did we feel on top of one another or crowded. There was plenty of room to space out- inside and out (large living spaces, large yard, open/covered pool areas, multiple decks, parking, etc.). What a bonus that each room had its own bathroom and many rooms have deck access. The theatre was a great place for the kids to crash. Washer and dryer on every floor. Auxiliary kitchen (3 refrigerators total). From the top floor you can see the ocean and sound. Lots of stairs, but elevator helped. Walk to beach is generally flat, paved/boardwalk, a little distance but not terrible. Beach not crowded and mostly residential. Pool has nice shallow end for kids. Back yard generally private. Two grills. Neighborhood is well kept and quiet. Overall, great place and experience for a large group with infants to 70y/o. Would book again! \* Definitely some minor oddities for a new build/new rental though - no broom, some basic kitchen amenities/utensils lacking, walls and cabinets easily scuffed, missing flooring on stairs, trim missing or broken, doors that are difficult to lock, paint trim tape still in place, crooked door handles, light fixtures with tags still on them or missing bulbs, wallpaper peeling near sinks, etc. Minor things yes, but a pricey stay/house suggestive of a time crunch to get to market without oversight of the smaller details & week to week upkeep ##### Charles T. Minor issues were handled in a timely fashion, and there was constant open lines of communication. I would highly recommend this property. The beautifully decorated home comfortably accommodated our staff of 11 plus spouses and children. The home easily suited our needs for private space with bathrooms for every family, meeting space, and recreational/relaxation space. The kitchen was equipped with LOTS of small appliances and plenty of cookware. The quiet location afforded us the opportunity to get a lot of work accomplished, and the wi-fi easily handled 11 laptops, plus phones, and streaming on TVs.
