Casa Bauhaus is a comfortable holiday home located just a few steps away from the enchanting beaches of Pescoluse, renowned for its crystal-clear waters and stretches of golden sand.  
  
The interiors, with a modern and colorful style, provide a cozy and bright atmosphere, and its strategic location makes Casa Bauhaus very convenient and well-served.  
  
The property can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people and is also equipped with a spacious outdoor area, perfect for enjoying moments of relaxation with a sea view.  
  
Casa Bauhaus is the ideal choice for those who want to stay in total relaxation, with the beach and main services within walking distance.  
  
THE LOCATION   
  
As mentioned, Casa Bauhaus is located in a privileged position, just 400 meters from the sea. Here, you can enjoy the beautiful golden beaches, both free and equipped, and a coastline perfect for relaxation or a sunset walk. Moreover, the property is within a short distance from the center of Pescoluse, where you will find all the main services and activities.  
  
The surrounding area is very peaceful, with several houses and a church nearby, all set in a rural context that adds a touch of tranquility.  
  
Finally, the town of Salve, just 5 km away, offers additional services (shops, pharmacy, bank, gas station, gyms, etc.).  
  
THE HOUSE  
  
Casa Bauhaus is a spacious holiday home of approximately 75 square meters, designed to accommodate up to 7 people. Each room is tastefully furnished, with a modern and functional design that blends practicality and style in a harmonious way.  
  
The house is located on the raised ground floor, easily accessible from the entrance courtyard via a small flight of stairs. It consists of:  
  
\- A large, bright, and cozy living room, furnished with a comfortable dining table and a well-equipped gas kitchen, complete with an electric oven and everything needed for cooking.  
\- 3 bedrooms: one double (with external access), one triple (double bed + single bed), and one twin (two single beds).  
\- A modern, fully equipped bathroom (with a bidet shower) featuring a practical shower cubicle.  
  
OUTDOOR SPACE  
  
The outdoor area of Casa Bauhaus is designed to offer the maximum in relaxation at any time of the day. At the entrance, a small courtyard is equipped with sunbeds, an outdoor lounge area, and a wood-fired barbecue, inviting guests to spend enjoyable moments outdoors. A porch surrounding the house offers the ideal space for al fresco dining, with distant views of the sea.  
  
Additionally, there is an external bathroom with a washing machine and an outdoor shower, providing extra convenience and functionality to the property.  
  
Finally, guests will have access to a free parking spot (with a pass) or, alternatively, other free or paid parking spaces nearby.

Marina di Pescoluse is a true gem of Salento, characterized by long stretches of dunes and golden sand that meet a clear blue sea, which is recognized every year for its quality with prestigious awards like the Blue Flag and the Green Flag.  
  
Nearby, you will find both free and equipped beaches, including Lido Venere and Lido Cinque Vele (for which we have special agreements for our guests), all easily reachable on foot. If you are traveling with your four-legged friends, Lido Eden Salento is perfectly equipped to welcome your dogs safely.  
  
Pescoluse is not just about the sea but is also an ideal destination for those who love sports and outdoor activities. You can rent pedal boats or jet skis, play beach volleyball on the equipped courts, or rent a boat to explore the spectacular sea caves in the area.  
  
In addition to its dream beaches, Pescoluse is also a region rich in significant historical sites. A short distance from the Leuca-Gallipoli coastal road, you will find the famous semi-hypogeum dolmen Argentina-Graziadei, a megalithic monument, representing one of the most fascinating archaeological discoveries in the area.  
  
The surrounding region also hosts other important archaeological sites: the Villaggio della Chiusa, inhabited by the Messapians from 1440 BC to 470 BC, and the Villaggio Spigolizzi, dating back to the Middle Bronze Age (16th-15th century BC). Both provide evidence of ancient civilizations in the Salve area.  
  
Not far from Pescoluse, in the municipality of Salve, you will find the Sidereus Astronomical Park (link), a unique and multisensory experience where you can observe the stars, "listen to the voice" of the sky, and touch meteorites from around the world.  
  
Furthermore, from Pescoluse, it's easy to reach other coastal destinations of great interest, such as Torre Vado, Torre Pali (6 km), Lido Marini (10 km), Torre Mozza (14 km), and Torre San Giovanni (18 km), each with its unique beauty and stunning beaches to explore.  
  
Finally, due to its proximity to Santa Maria di Leuca, Pescoluse also offers the opportunity to discover the Adriatic coast, with breathtaking landscapes and enchanting beaches that will further enrich your Salento experience.
